2026-27 school transfer period is March 2-13

The official 2026-27 transfer application period is March 2-13. Families who submit a request during this period will be eligible for an appeal if the request is denied. Results will be available via email and/or text within seven to 10 business days. Learn more.

NCDHHS shares provider guidance, hosts tele-town hall tomorrow as measles cases rise

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) reports rising measles cases across the state since late December 2025 and is urging vaccination for everyone ages 1 and older. NCDHHS will host a tele-town hall tomorrow, Feb. 26, from 6 to 7 p.m. to share guidance and answer questions about measles prevention and vaccine protection. Learn more.

National School Breakfast Week is March 2-6

Next week we celebrate the important role of breakfast in a student's day, both academically and behaviorally. This year’s theme is "The Quest for School Breakfast." Staff will prepare special menu items for each day of the week! Review the menus.
